Oh hell yes at this point in the game we can blame the D. Dak didn't give up 14 points 2/3 into the first quarter.

He makes the most money..he's gotta match Carr. THAT IS WHY he was paid. If the D is weak, take less money. Carr did and he's outplaying Dak.

The 70 yard td is bad because it was an easy seven points and points win games. But it says less about the defense than the first drive or even the two drives the cowboys have had. Dal defense still has the opportunity to settle down.

Again…Look at the saints safeties. They are absolutely dropping super deep because they have no fear that a Cowboys rb is gonna break one. Makes the running game have ann opportunity to open up but we have no RB to take advantage of it.
