Game Day New Orleans Saints at Dallas Cowboys | Postgame Thread

I mean this team is fool's gold every season. I've never seen a team fold like the 'Boys do when things don't go to plan or get off to a rough start.

I mean teams with far lesser talent are @ least competitive. It turns into a Madden game winging it all over the yard on 4th and 6 from your own 9.

This team and it's "superstar" players make me nauseous.

Coaching matters.......Sadly he had a head coach that back stabbed him here. It was a power struggle that he lost......But it definitely exposed this administration and how they conduct business.....all by committee. Kellen was never allowed to fully implement his offense. It was always diluted w/ McCarthy crap.....and watered down to the level Prescott could understand.
I’m Kellen was hired by who? Garrett, he was held back there as well? What about last year, the chargers were so good they let him go to Philly? Maybe you need a refresher https://www.reddit.com/r/nfl/s/rQbCXZLoaD

What do people think was going to happen?

MM was given the play-calling to make it easier for Dak. How much more are you going to dumb it down?
You can dumb it all the way to the ground, not going to matter because he's so worried about throwing INTs because of his weak arm, he refuses to throw it downfield. Plus he's just not accurate.

And the older ones only got to see success back in the days where you could buy Championships. Once the playing field was evened with The Cap, and you had to start using skill to win, we've been pathetic
The Cowboys under Tex Schram didn't buy championships. Texas was cheap. I don't know where you get that teams bought championships from but with the Cowboys, it definitely wrong.

We'll beat the Ravens next week.
We are that kinda team.
Go Cowboys!
Don't bet the farm on that one. In fact, don't even bet a nickel. After today's beat down, I'm not sure we could beat a high school team.

It’s a long season but I stay guarded with this team and don’t get emotionally invested until we make the playoffs and even then I’m still somewhat guarded.

The Cowboys are foolsgold.
Fool me once, shame on you.

Fool me 30 years, shame on me.

Anyone being honest with themselves knows better.

Zimmer gets the dunce hat today. An atrocious performance by the D. Every unit was awful - DL, LB, DB.
You got that right! But even though the rest of the team stunk, I thought the LBs would look better. I thought our LBs were a much improved group, but they didn't look like it today. I'm baffled. Like you said, Every unit was awful, including the LBs.

We’re going to get destroyed by San Francisco in a few weeks. You can see it coming. They’ll probably road grade us for over 200 yards on the ground. Another game where Parsons will probably be a no-show and will be standing on the sidelines sucking air.
And Parsons will be the highest paid player soon for doin nothing...never seen a player be talked about so much and he is so overrated!!!

For what good it'd do if we allow our opponents to score on every single possession like we did today. The Saints never punted the ball once. Not even once.
They punted once. In the fourth quarter. When we were down like 30 lol
