A former 4th round pick sounds like another Jag with all due respect. Looks like a typical non factor FA move for us. But maybe he’ll look good in our secondary and add depth in our nickel. It’s offseason. We can remain optimistic until we see him perform.

Signing a guy like this is harmless. Since all NFL teams are building the their 90-man rosters, anyone available is not amongst the 2,800 or so, already-signed players.

Now, in March when free agency starts, and we are signing randoms like this aka Robert Blanton, it's a problem.
