If you are talking about that being a sig image, then as a mod I can say NO it will not fly.
The size limit by the new standards is that the image can not exceed a total of 100KBs....that image is over 900KB.....9 times larger then the maximum size allowed.

The height should not exceed 350 and the width should not exceed 500
Yours is 500x500 at this time.
