SPOILERS
first of all, so very glad to have it back. when we left last season we saw rolo coming back to town ready to kick some hiney. what we got was the shell of the former man and a lot of contradictions. his offer to take them all back to france was odd to say the least since he just helped get most of them killed and the loss of their own city.
makes me wish bjorn would have just killed him and gotten it over with.
rolo going back to ivar and giving him a list of what he now owes is only going to setup a new war cause no way in hell would ivar pay all that. esp once a year.
that said, it seems like we're off to a rocky start overall. i like the idea of the group running away to britain and the twist that brings up and it was interesting to see the brits defeat a group of viking invaders for good measure.
we have a new king that is already at odds with the church so will he allow bjorn and company to live peacefully there because the bishop asks for it? i think that's where this is going to go but where bjorn and lagertha get another army should be interesting.
