Game tonight isn't finished, but the Patriots and Brady are certainly starting to look very sub-great this week and last. Could Dallas claim to be best in the NFL with a Patriots loss?

No, ESPN loves the pats and, all east coast teams I might add, and hate us. So we do not stand a chance.

11-1 in AFC >>>>> 11-1 in NFC

Or, so says the media.

Actually, if they lose I think they should stay #1 ----> 48-27, remember?

Ummm no. The media can't get enough of patsies, even if patsies have more losses than the Cowboys, they will be #1, not that it means whole lot.

OK with me if the Cowboys don't get any credit from media and continue to play with a chip on their shoulders like TO said

Well if they have the same record and the Pats beat the Cowboys, I still have to have the Pats at the top.

I'm happy to see the Pats undefeated. A loss takes a lot of pressure off of them. If they are 18-0 playin in the super bowl, imagine how much pressure they will have with all of the expectations.

Like someone said already, they remind me of the 2005 Trojans.

Bottom line....they beat us head up. It might not be that way next time, but for now, they get the bragging rights.

That's what I'm saying.

I'm really asking who is the best team right now. So what if the Patriots were better in October...it is how you play in December and January that counts and I'm not seeing a whole lot from the Patriots except for teams giving it to them late in the 4th quarter.

Right on...although I do think a healthy Cowboys team can beat the Pats.

I think ESPN is reacting like they would with almost any team this good. The Pats have beaten the Colts and Cowboys this season. Those were their two biggest games and they won. If Dallas had beat NE and remained undefeated, than I'm sure we would be getting way more love too.

Some of you want us to be crowned and adored but the bottom line is that we didn't take of business against the Pats when the time came. As fans, we can all say it's due to the injuries that we had, and the final score doesn't tell the whole story, but in the end, we won't be completely respected until we make it to Arizona and leave there with a win. Right now, we had our chance to take out New England and we didnt do it.
Lets hope we get another chance to this season.
