New TV Shows. Hank-Modern Family-Cougar Town

Modern Family is one of the best new comedies I have ever seen. Ed O'neill is awesome, I love Julie Bowen and whoever the gorgeous Latino actress is is just beautiful and plays her part perfecty as Ed O'neills young wife. I have watched every episode so far and is it by far my favorite comedy show on TV now. It is a must see DVR type of show. I actually recorded it last night for my wife to see and watched it again with her later. It is a Super New Show.

Hank on the other hand is horrible. I love Kelsey Grammer but I just think it is time he realizes he is Fraser Crane and any other character just does not work for him. I doubt this show makes it to Christmas. NOt a good show at all and I don't know how they can make it work.

Cougar Town is another bomb. The show just does not work. At some point they are going to have to have a different story than a 40 yr old divorcee trying to hit on all the young guys. Stupid premise, Boring Story lines and Monica err Courtney Cox over-acts the part and it just bombs.

At least they have a complete winner in Modern Family. Great Acting, Great comedy, great story lines and somewhere in there is a message or two. Best Comedy hit in years for TV.

Last night's episode of Modern Family was HILARIOUS!!!! Just as funny as the office usually is. And yes, that latina is HOTTTTTTTTTTT.

I also like The Middle. Kinda malcom in the middle a bit but a decent show to keep watching.

Ed O'Neil is pretty good..heck he was about the only decent thing on the one season of HBO's John from Cincinatti.

Amen. A friend of mine told me how great the show is, and about all the hot older women in it. I watched one episode online and half of the second episode. It's terrible. The acting is terrible, the stories are terrible, and the women are just not hot enough to keep me interested beyond that.

Haven't seen Hank. And tried to watch the first episode and part of another of Cougar Town. That will get canned quickly.

I love Modern Family... but not ready to put it up there with the Office, especially after last night's wedding episode. That may have been the best episode they've ever done.

I have seen it advertised but never watched it. I may have to check it out.

I just discovered I could watch past episodes of TV shows on the networks website. How did we ever exist before the internet. My parents would be amazed. My dad used to sell encyclopedias as a 2nd job back in the early 60s. He would love the instant service and knowledge provided by the internet.

Does this show realize that bikers are only the second most violent gangs compared to the Arian Nation in prison? They would never associate with feds on a "good faith basis"? Real bikers woul take them out and rape their credit cards, not help them with other criminals. Give me a break!

No but I have. That fake *** "rescuing" a member from us marshalls or bounty hunters w/out taking them out was enough for me to realize this show is for the "popularity" not real members.

I mean it is F/x so I don't vision it as truthful but I hated the softness attributed to it ala the Sopranos with all their psychological babble about feeling and such. Not that they have them but come on!

I guess it would take a full movie to really respect the biker philosphy but in no way are feds/cops ever involved in the proceess. They are despised and seen as traitors to the american fashion of freedom as they see it. It is an interesting show I just wish they would be just a little more cutthroat about as in real life it is like I'm watchin Sex and the City or Something.
