My daughter wanted to sign up to be a member on this board and is under 13. we set up a profile for her but before she can read posts or submit, i have to fill out permission slip, so i downloaded slip and there is supposed to be a mailing address or fax number but that space is blank. Wanted to get fax number so permission slip can be faxed to cowboyszone.
