you are the only person on earth who thinks it was not a penalty

the ref was on top of Lamb, and didn't throw the flag until Lamb pointed....he had the best seat in the house to see where the pointing was directed. Lamb was also laughing, so even if it wasn't the point his childish laugh would do it

Oh, because refs are never stupid. Thankfully, we have the benefit of replay.
