Thats like 3 passes for like 24 yards given up for him in the last 3 games. If he doesnt get to the pro bowl it will be a travesty. This season I think he propeled himself into one of the 5 best db's in the nfl. Champ Bailey, Dre Bly, Deangelo Hall, Chris Mcallister and Terrance Newman are the best. I think Hall might be the best right now in the league. He shutout Williams today even though he caught that td that was tipped like 4x. Ohh yea, you cant forget Robert Mathis of the Jags too.

Steve Smith vs TNew in a few, I cant wait.

Dont know man. I still have a hard time saying Newman is better than Henry. Anthony Henry has really impressed me.

But seriously, when is the last time we could actually have a debate about which one of our corners were better and which is likely to go to the Pro Bowl.

The words of that man from New Jersey who was hired 3 years ago was so prophetic....

Unfortunately for Henry, you can't make the Pro Bowl in the trainer's room.

He was inactive today allegedly after a setback. It has now been 3 consecutive games that he has not started.

I really think this has hurt our run defense tremendously - Henry was amongst the team leaders in tackles and I rarely hear Glenn's name in run support.

Glenn is a little small but I did see him make some tackles. There are still 5 games left and I think if Henry comes back he can still make a case for himself to get to the Pro Bowl.

Thank God we signed Aaron Glenn. He has played very well IMO too. On that TD where he was beaten, it really wasnt his fault. Zimmer sent the house, but of course he isnt very creative with his blitzes and rarely disguises them and therefore Plummer and their OL read it from the begin and was prepared.

Glenn rightly thought that since they sent the whole house and the kitchen sink it has to be a quick pass and he bit on it because never in a thousand years did he think the receiver would have time to do double move of an out and then up.

When all three DBs are in there, I don't think there's a better trio of corners in the NFL. The only reason I tend to give Newman the slight edge over Henry at this point is because he's, IMO, been more consistent on a play-by-play basis. Henry seems like a bigger-play kind of guy, though both now have three interceptions, but he can also get beat deep slightly easier.

It'll be a shame if both are not in Hawaii in February.

To be honest, the only lock I see right now is Deangelo Hall. I doubt Lito Sheppard will make it this year, and if he does, it will be because he went last year.

I am sure I am missing someone, but right now, I say Hall is in for the NFC.

Hall and my mama!

Seriously though, if T-New does not make it, that will be an utter shame. Shame on the fans, and all the other voting bast****!

Hall does not belong on that list...he gets beat like a drum most weeks...the only reason people are even talking about him is because of the hard-on Madden had for him to open the season, and he didnt even have a good game vs T-O that day

nobody is playing at as high a level as Newman is right now

The Coaches in the NFL know who the best CB on our team is. Why do you think they don't throw at Newman consistetnly? I suspect its because they realize who ever is opposite him is a much easier mark, be it Glenn or Henry. And no I don't buy any of the Henry is better or even with Newman hype.

Newman is fantastic.

I'll go as far as saying he's one of the top three players on the team

Roy, Greg Ellis, Newman
