Dungy just exposed dude on Nat television. OUCH! Jenkins is way more physical than Newman is with recievers. Dude didn't touch Jackson in the Cover 2 defense. You'd think you would put your hands on a reciever when you have safety help.

Newman isn't why we lost. Nick Folk missing what should be a gimme FG, piss poor play-calling by Garrett, lack of being able to see who is clearly the better running back at this point...

Defense held the San Diego Chargers with their 8-foot tall WRs to 20 points and our offense couldn't put together a consistent passing drive until Garrett was essentially on the sidelines with his headset off, watching Romo go to work.

Well, dungy just broke down the Newman play on 3rd and 12 that turned the game. Newman's technique was all wrong.

He needs to be cut...this is one of many breakdowns as of late.

Dungy just ripped Newman on that long Jackson catch right after Ware left the game. said we were in cover 2 and for whatever reason newman failed to jam Jackson and didn't even ride him out of bounds after that.

Newman is the best shut-down corner in the league. Think about it. He covers nobody, therefore nobody can catch the ball, therefore he shuts them down.

I wish I could. I hate that I care so much about this team.

It sucks. I'll never get that 3 hours back and this feeling like I lost something sucks. It's just a bad empty feeling. I'm sure about 4 or 5 players can relate.

Call me blind but I didn't think Newman played terrible today. He got that INT that should've got us back into this game. And that was a great play by Newman. He got beat deep but what corner doesn't?

just cannot believe how fast he has gone downhill. Truly weird. And he is inconsistent-which he never was before. Yet to try and blame him for the loss is just plain dumb. He had a lot of help. This defense does not have the heart to stand up and just take the offense down. They have the talent-just not the heart. Add to that the fact that we get no heat on the QB when it matters.
Then look at the offense, especially the O line which cannot get it done in four shots from the one.
