Something was obviously wrong with Newman last week. He got torched by Santana Moss last week. If he isn't healthy and is going to play like that and hurt the team, then he really does need to sit until he is absolutely 100% healthy.

No, I am not knocking on Newman. He is one of the best in the league and the only player that I would replace him with is Cromartie. He just isn't right right now.

Plus this is a chance for Jenkins and Scandrick to get more experience and PT in.
