Did Glenn feel any pressure to get back on the field by week 1? Did Ellis feel he had to get back on the field? Both should've waited. It does us no good to rush Newman back and have him compound the injury. He should sit until he feels comfortable.

I believe Newman would be best served to rest that foot as well. I trust Wade has enough confidence in Reeves because he let Glenn go.

TNew playing now at less than a 100% and worsening as the season goes on

vs.

TNew missing couple of games and hopefully getting to 100% for 2nd half of season (when it counts)
