Next 2 weeks are going to be huge IMO as far as were these teams stand in the division and the trajectory of these teams moving forward. Fans obviously have the luxury of looking forward at the schedule vs players who have to focus on the games at hand.

Week 8
LA at DAL and PHI at WSH
Week 9
DAL at PHI

Currently sitting at 4-2 with the Eagles at 6-1, what's a more likely scenario after 2 weeks?

My gut tells me Dal wins a tough game against LA and loses to Phi in their house, and Phi winning both games (although WSH does play them tough), thus putting the record at Phi (8-1) and Dal (5-3)

At best Dal (6-2) and Phi (6-3), At worst Phi (8-1) and Dal (4-4)

At best, the fanbase would be elated.
At worst, the fanbase would be devastated.

What say you?
Philly is low-key getting banged up. They have a number of key players not near 100% right now. We can take advantage of this and pull off a win. I hope.

Good analysis Sarge
I have a horrible feeling about the next 2 weeks
Mostly because I do not have faith in Mike to have a hungry disciplined

I have no faith in Mike McCarthy to have this team show up hungry and disciplined.
Dak may have a decent game against the Rams but will wet himself against the Egals.
Wishing for 2-0 (10% chance)
Will accept 1-1 (50% chance)
FUMING 0-2 (40% chance)
Only saving grace if we go 0-2 ?
MM and Dak can hold hands out the door.

Dallas loses both games. Im just going by Eagles and Rams have better QBs. The one thing about Stafford though is the Cowboys defense loves a stationary target.
Make it make sense. A supposedly better QB, means victory? What about the defense and special teams?

I am just worried about this week right now and what Dallas does against the Rams. Plenty of time to worry about Philly the following week. If Dallas loses to the Rams then I think we are headed toward another meaningless season. They have had 2 weeks to prepare for the Rams so no excuses.
Indeed. And enough with the "just one game" nonsense. We have to beat the Rams and put up a good show against the Eagles. Anything else just means this team won't go anywhere this year once again.

Winning both games puts us right back in the center of the action and anything goes.
