It's ridiculous how long future Halls have to wait before being inducted. So many in MLB, NFL etc.... were inducted posthumously. The committees need to change this.

We need Lee Roy Jordan and Chuck Howley in HOF, that would be a major sin by the NFL not having those 2 in
