Are we headed for 4-12/3-13 season next year? Romo's back injury, parting ways with players (Austin, possibly Ware), injured and aging key players, bad contracts and little salary cap availability, etc. I see a very bad season and a rebuild on the way. Hopefully it will be with a new coaching staff.

NO...not even close to that.
Romo will be fine. Salary cap may have a way to be worked out, way too early to tell. Maybe Ware and Austin take a pay cut. Maybe we draft their replacement and the are gone.
I am sticking with 8-8 as of now.

If we get a new coaching staff, then 6-10, it will be worse, yet another change. Stay with being consistent fr once. Changing coaches every 3 years or so is not the answer.Unless you are already 3-13 or 4-12

Ware & Austin didn't help much this year so I see less loss from them as compared to Tony not being able to recover fully

Romo's back will likely be a non-issue by the time the season starts and losing Ware and Miles can only help the team as they're a non-factor on the field and free up a ton of cap space. I don't see how you're coming to this conclusion.

Because we have far too many key players that are declining due to age and/or injury (Ware, Austin, Witten, Romo) and we can't seem to keep our best younger players on the field due to them being injury prone (Lee, Murray, Claiborne, etc.). These aren't new developments. It's been a recurring thems. Add in that we have inept management and coaching and I see big problems. Our defense is an absolute mess. We need an entire new line and we can't stay healthy at LB or in the secondary.

Need to fix the defense and maybe more OL and a backup QB and maybe some or entire coaching staff.

I don't know why you seem to be certain Romo will be fine. I certainly hope that turns out to be true, but there's certainly nothing that guarantees it. Aikman had to retire at Tony's age due to a bad back and I don't believe he even had to have the type of surgery Tony had. Back injuries can end careers and no one knows how Tony's will respond.

I'm not certain, just based on what I heard, and read. Was just making a comment.
Aikman did have that type of surgery, or similar when he was 26, and played what, 8 more years? Aikman also took much more punishment than Romo. Not that it really means a lot, as everyone is different.

Another loser season, being slaves under Jerry's drunken debauched leadership. I bet you can't wait.
