Hayes will likely never get in. He had well publicized drug and rape allegations / convictions. His ability certainly would put him there, but the reality is he'll probably never make it.

Cliff Harris should, but won't and Chuck Howley probably won't either.

Hayes disappointed alot of people with his trouble. He was a joy to watch when I was a kid (real young ). If you have never watched him, try and dig up some game film and see why he was REALLY called the fastest man alive!
