Next year a empty billion dollar stadium *Merge*

I don't think it would be possible but you would have to get some prominent former players to head up the effort. There would need to be petitions and there would have to be a serious drop in ticket sales, merchandise, etc. The only place to hit Jerry is in his pocketbook. It won't happen though.

no offense, I get what you are saying.

But

A. that would never work in a city like Dallas

and

B. I am not missing the first game in the new building under any circumstance!

Will never happen. Everybody loves Jerrah. They won't betray him.

Hmmmm...the only player I could see having enough flame to do this successfully would be Irvin. He is probably to loyal.

I suspect it'll be a packed house...SRO

However if the team plays in that game like it did this month, people will be leaving early.

They will turn on this team and start to no-show in a hurry if they get off to a lousy start next yr and nothing has changed this offseason. They deservedly got boo'd off the field in the final Texas Stadium game ever, and most didnt even hang around for the ceremony.

The first regular season game will be packed. I think if the Cowboys continue to stink it up there will be empty seats.

All we need to do is get everyone to wear bags on their heads and hold up poster boards that ask for a new gm, insert your favorite name like below..

I bought 2 long sleeve tees, and that hoody that zips up all the way. And I want my money back....

I held out all year on buying team stuff in protest to last years finish. I have bought the team hat every year from I dont even know when. I still have that ugly paint brush lookin hat from when Troy was still playing. And I told myself that I wouldnt spend a dime on this team till we got to the playoffs.

Well...... I broke down and got that stuff before the Ravens game. And I almost took it back then. But I held out hope that we would make the playoffs. I was sooo sure of it, I cut the tags and trashed them 3 days ago. Man... Am I dumb.

I just dont know where to go from here. Im still in shock.

Sure you can stop buying merchandise and tickets and stop watching on TV, but in order to get Jerry's attention you have to go farther than that. There needs to be a boycott of any company that sponsors the Cowboys. There are tons of Cowboys fans in this country. If all of them called these sponsors and told them why they were boycotting their products the word would no doubt get to Jerry. The only place you can hurt Jerry and get anything into his hard head is to hit him in the pocketbook.

Of course it won't happen.

as much as id like it to happen..........it would be like throwing a BB at a freight train...........

For every die hard that would do that there will be 2 businessmen or Hollywood stars or something that will buy Cowboys stuff just to show how important they are.
