NFC. 2 best. Sheagles and 40-Whiners

Dear fellow Zoners----this is comeback and win Monday....and you all know i am way up there as

a Cowboy Homer....and if we play either Sheagles or 40-Whiners I will be rooting my tail off

against them.....but as things stand right now....even with 40-Whiners having "Purdy" as QB

the Sheagles and 40-Whiners are better than Cowboys....that does not mean we cannot beat

both of them regular season and playoffs....but watching Purdy throw ropes and bombs so

accurately...and then 9ers dismantling Brady....Cowboys #3 best team in NFC....but dont think

for a moment Cowboys wont blast them off the maps or that is how i will root for our Cowboys...but truth is

we all know deep down....we dont know what Cowboys team is coming to play?....and having a great

week of practice is not even an indicator anymore....for me personally i put it on HC-OC-DC and Dak

But Dak redeeemed himself shouldering resonsbility marching team 98 yds for winning TD...leaving only

40 seconds left

The Cowboys almost beat the Eagles with Cooper Rush at QB. How many games have the Whiners lost. Cowboys are the best team in the NFC and will prove it come playoff time.

Everyone points to the cowboys having cooper rush and almost beating the eagles. That's easy, but why does no one seem to recall the eagles missing key players too in the second half. Lane Johnson was out in the second half and Cj Gardner Johnson in the second half until he came back late to seal the game with the pick againt Rush.

Dallas should be looking to exploit the secondary with Gardner Johnson out. Cjgj will not be in this game due to him being on IR and as far as Lane Johnson I think he suffered an abdominal injury this past game.

I think based on records and performances the Eagles should be considered the #1 team in the NFL right now. Going into the season they already had an all-star lineup with the exception of the QB. But he is playing great football right now so that filled the biggest hole in their roster. Their 2nd weakness was probably Safety and they got the kid from New Orleans, CJ Gardner-Johnson to close that gap. Give the Eagles credit. They have managed to put together an exceptional team and found a diamond in Hurts. They have also managed to avoid serious injuries for the most part. And just think, they have a top 4 draft pick next year and I am betting they trade it away for even more draft picks in the following years.

The 49ers have been impressive of late. Their defense is strong, quick, and aggressive. They can rush the QB with their front 4 and get constant pressure. Their QB is injured and I think Purdy will struggle a bit once there is tape of him for coaches to see. But Their blowout of the Bucs was impressive regardless of the Bucs record.

I knew Dallas would drop in the rankings after their struggle against the Texans. Let's be honest, the Cowboys were lucky to win that game. If the Texans WR, Moore, didn't hit a knee down on the 1 yard line after the Dak INT the Cowboys would have lost. The Cowboys looked very weak in that game unable to stop 2 QBs who are not exactly stars, and they couldn't move the ball consistently against one of the worst defenses in the league.

But at the end of the day, none of these rankings mean anything. I am still confident the Eagles cannot beat the Cowboys 3 times in 1 season.

Finally someone who sees through clear glass. Both those teams are better than the Cowboys and for the Cowboys to have a chance rests in Dak playing the perfect game. I don't like those chances. He couldn't move the ball on the 49ers last time. I think the Dallas defense will have a hard time with the Eagles offense but the Dallas offense will struggle mighty against the Eagles defense.

It actually says nothing considering that happened 3 months ago and this is a week to week league. Trying to compare teams based on common opponents from months ago is a fools errand.

Dallas beat Indy by 30 while the Eagles had to slug it out with them. By your logic we are 30 points better than the Eagles?

If Dak was Mahomes I might be on board… But Dak Is a thunderstorm… wind, rain, thunder, but a sliver of lightning to give you hope.

one difference, they played them in Houston we played them at home. And they played them much better than we did. See below.

Our Indianapolis game was close till the fourth quarter, then it just got weird.

The conversation is not one-sided, Dak apologist and insane cowboys fans have been screaming since Sunday night…You just don’t hear it because what you view as a negative sticks in your mind. Like some fans think that the NFL has an agenda against us because they remember all these bad calls against us, but not the bad calls that helped us.

Back to the Texans as a common opponent… Look at the win probability chart in gamecast…the lowest the eagles were is 64%. For us the Texans were an 87% favourite late in the game.

I’m sorry but if you don’t see the difference in terms of what that means going forward then I just don’t know… The whole reason why people disrespect the Vikings is that they were winning a lot of close games against mediocre teams… So when we win a close game against a terrible team,,,it makes a difference - In terms of my perception of just how good we are. And if we are not great, then we have absolutely no shot going into Philly, in late January, and winning.

Loso---i understand what you are saying...i am hoping because we are division rivals and we all know each other a bit better then other teams and i am hoping Philly just has bad games when they

play us that we beat them in regular season and in playoffs....there are times we look so "elite"....maybe we can play like that in post season...4 elite games on the road in a row
