So what do you guys think about the games this weekend? Let's beak down the games.
San Diego plays well and beats Philly. I think McNabb and company are on the way down. They'll still win their share, but against a red hot San Diego team, I think they'll fall short again for the second game in a row. Gates and LT should give that Philly D fits.
Washington finally gets back on the right track and beats a San Fran team playing with a rookie QB... the second such QB Washington has faced this year (Kyle Orton). Although this win may not come as easily as some Commanders fans think, the Skins rise to 4-2. The only way I see the niners winning this game is if they take a lot of chances and put in a game plan that has Alex Smith on the move a lot. He has some wheels and if he gets outside the pocket could give Washington's solid but rather unathletic defense some trouble.
Dallas wins at Seattle. Seattle is a little smoke and mirrors. They looked good last week, but who wouldn't against the Texans? They've beaten the Rams, Cardinals, Texans and Falcons. Atlanta is the only team that scares anyone in that bunch. They aren't what their record and stats say they are. I think they're a soft team... and Parcells teams always eat up soft opponents, even if they are playing in Seattle. If the Cowboys are on... it might not even be close. If they're not... it'll be another nail biter.
Denver comes to NY riding high, but I think they'll leave the Big Apple with a Big loss. Barely beating an average Washington team and beating a depleted New England squad makes the media and fans think there's more to the Broncos than there really is. I think their defense, in particular, isn't as good as their record indicates. Eli and company should get back on track against a defense that will give up the big play... and that's what the Giants offense likes to do. Plus Eli can't win away from home, so they have to get wins while they're in NY.
That's my thought's on the weeks games.
