What does Plax have a magic incurable ankle?

I'm not trying to be mean or anything, but this is a little suspect to me. If he really is hurt than I apologize.

Montgomery, Wallace to Have Surgery

Turns out two players suffered broken bones in the Commanders' scrimmage Saturday and will have surgery Monday.

Defensive tackle Anthony Montgomery, who broke a small bone in his right hand making a tackle, will have surgery Monday and will miss at least 10 days. Montgomery, who started 15 games last season and made 47 tackles. was one of only three defensive starters who played in the scrimmage (Reed Doughty and Marcus Washington were the others).

Linebacker Rian Wallace also broke a bone in his right hand and will miss at least 10 days.

In addition, offensive lineman Kerry Brown strained his left shoulder and will be out one to two weeks.

Heard on the radio this morning,
Monday 6:30, Montgomery is 2-4 weeks.

The season can get here fast enough.

Victor Abiamiri might miss "a significant amount" of training camp after injuring his wrist on Sunday morning.

Abiamiri, who figures to see the majority of plays at left end for Philadelphia, will undergo further tests on Monday. For now, it doesn't seem like his status is in question for Week 1.

Eagles Desean Jackson pulled a Hammy in the morning practice and will be re-evaluated later.(7/28/08)

He also pulled his hammy in OTAs.

I'm glad we didn't draft him.

Especially with Newman hurt-I'm RELIEVED we drafted Mike Jenkins instead.

The Eagles definitely made a mistake by passing over Devon Thomas-he definitely is a stud receiver who fits perfectly in a WCO system.

Of course-we all know Andy Reid's track record with receivers...

Its better than ours. The cowboys havent drafted a wr in over a decade that is a big threat or an elite talent.

Commanders LB H.B. Blades will undergo arthroscopic knee surgery this week.

One of his ligaments, but not Blades' ACL, was probably torn or partially torn. Blades, MLB London Fletcher's main backup, should be back by Week 1.

While I dont disagree that we should have addressed WR in the draft during that period, however, having TO, TG, Joey Galloway and Keyshaun Johnson during that period is not that bad either.

There's still hope ...ESPN Radio reports rumors are starting to circulate that the Arizona Cardinals are considering a trade in which they would send disgruntled WR Anquan Boldin to the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for unhappy CB Lito Sheppard.

Well good luck then with Asante Samuel trying to lock down his side of the field.

Like I said in another thread-I actually support this trade, for the reason being that Lito's absense will be a DOWNGRADE to this D.

But it does upgrade the offense significantly, Sheppard is more of a luxury at this point, I meen that secondary needs an overhaul but to trade Litto for someone like Boldin is a major coop. I would think the Eagles would have to sweeten the deal .

...hmm i am really not sure about your thread here you have blessed with so few injuries in the past few years and part of that is luck ...mocking other teams injuries is probably not wise ..
