NFC East = Offensive juggernaut?

I was looking at the stats on nfl.com and noticed that the top-3 offenses in the NFL are the: Eagles, Giants, & Commanders with the Cowboys coming in 6th. Considering our division has always been known for it's defenses this was pretty surprising.

As for defenses, Dallas is 5th overall but the rest are way down the list: Washington is 15th, Philadelphia is 24th, and New York is 27th.

Quite a switch from the past.

Just thought it was interesting.

I just looked at the same thing this morning. Quite a strange thing indeed. I'd have to say, yes, all 4 teams have exceptional offenses. Dallas, of course has the best defense in the division, though (and this time the stats actually show it).

That's based on yards per game.

yeah, are these stats per game? or total yards?

because if it is total yards, dallas' defense wouldnt be as high, and washingtons offense would be as high

Our defense smothered the Skins, and will do the same to the eagles next week and then the giants on MNF.

We are in the top-6 in both categories!

We are also 2nd in points scored and 8th in points allowed. The only area we are not doing well in is turnovers, we are even at 5 takeaways and 5 giveaways. Got to do better than that.
