Paying attention to what's going in the NFC?

-Giants/Commanders are terrible
-Eagles don't have a secondary and are injured.
-Vikings don't have a QB/oline
-Bears QB is injured
-Brees is out
-Packers have major deficiencies & issues btw Rodgers/LaFleur.
-Seattle & Rams are good but not great.
-Falcons & Panthers look done.

Why can't a Garrett team just for once seize what is there for the taking? The stars are aligned for us to get home field advantage throughout the playoffs and finally win this conference again but losses like last night where your opponent doesn't even score a TD will hold us back.

Yeah right now it doesn't feel like that big of a loss since we're still 3-1 but at the end of the season when we're on the road again in the 2nd round of the playoffs we will remember this game.

Feels like the same old Cowboys. JG's career reminds me too much of Marvin Lewis.
Does that means Garrett will get another extension while Jerry convinces us he's the next Tom Landry?

JG didn’t fumble the ball.

JG didn’t call the plays.

I wondered if JG should have went for it on 4th down on there own 42 in the 4th quarter. The way the game was going even with 11 minutes left we needed a play. And the mistakes had piled up. They needed something.

They are 3-1 not 1-3.

Relax my man. Still too early to panic.

You can't lose to inferior opponents with backup QBs when our schedule is incredibly brutal the rest of the way. This loss will haunt us down the line, just watch.

We got dominated up front. That had nothing to do with Jason Garrett.

I don't know if any stars are aligned for any team yet. We needed to take advantage of Drew Brees being out to beat the Saints, but we have no idea what teams are going to be hot and healthy when the playoffs roll around.

We gotta relax on the Monday morning COMPLETE defining of the team and referendum on the ENTIRE season. As it has been stated we were sitting at 3-5 last year. We're not even at October yet everyone has figured out the ENTIRE season? Lol...

I was thinking the same thing earlier today.

We could have and should have put the entire NFC on notice last night. Such a squandered opportunity.

Damn guys.......lot of football left. Apparently OP is forgetting Bridgewater is not your typical back-up. He was once damn good starter and Payton is easily a top 5 coach. Losing our first game of the season by 2 points on their turf is the worst thing you guys can see?:facepalm:

The stars are indeed aligned for the Kansas City Chiefs - book it.

Possibly. I feel at times the schedule looks harder now, but with injuries and or regression of other teams the games aren't that tough when they actually play that game.

Bridgewater is no Brees, but he executed what the Saints wanted to do which was eat the clock. Still faced a team with Kamara and Thomas, who both thrive off short to medium passes for their bread and butter in the passing game.

The nfc is wide open

heck if Case Keenum could see wide open receivers down the middle of the field that team is 4-0
