NFC Strength of Schedule Comparison

Strength of Schedule (after the fact) helps determine draft order, but it's also interesting to use as a way of comparing the different roads teams took to get to their season records.

There were 8 winning teams in the NFC this year, and the Commanders and Cowboys had by far the toughest schedules of any of them.

Seattle, Carolina, TB, Chicago, and Miami had the five easiest schedules in the whole NFL this season. That's half the NFC playoff picture right there!

SD, Oakland, SF, Wash, and Houston had the toughest.

The Skins really accomplished something this year, and the murderous start to their schedule obviously helped prepare them for the easier finish.

I remember telling people that this schedule was going to be very tough for the Commanders and NFCE in general.

I also remember telling some of you that the Panthers have played a soft schedule overall.

The fact that the Commanders played nearly every game very tough, makes me confident looking at the post season. The fact that the Commanders are battered and bruised in their secondary makes me considerably less confident.
