I live in Tampa. The Bucs game is blacked out. Will Fox actually air the Cowboys game or nothing at all tomorrow at 4?

If your home market team (tampa bay) is playing at home no other games can be shown at the same time. Your out of luck amigo, find a sports bar.

Look up what "blacked out" means.

There are a few places where they will try to jam the local team down your throat. Houston is one of them. If the Texans are playing on CBS, they will not show the Cowboys on at the same time slot on Fox.

Yes, the NFL does try to force you to root for local teams, and is a clear indication that they do not understand the makeup of most hardcore fans, and are catering to front running, bandwagon jumping fans.

Tampa will get the Dallas game. Just a little "hole" in south florida surrounding the Fort Myers area missing the dallas game. The New Orleans game will be on to the south of you, from Port Charlotte to just south of Naples, then the Dallas game takes over from there to the keys.

I live in Atlanta, we were supposed to have the Tampa game. Does that mean I get the Boys game now ?

Well, I for one am happy that Tampa Bay gets blocked out on occasion. They put some pressure on the season ticket holders in the Tampa Bay area a few years ago -- which backfired -- they wanted to force season ticket holders to pay years in advance. Now they cannot even fill the stadium. The ticket prices now are so low, I was tempted to go to a game in spite of the drive. But not in 90 degree weather. I will sit though cold and snow, but not 90 degrees. You can go to a game for under $40!!

When I lived in NE, there were always 2 games on at 1:00pm and two games on at 4:00pm. AFC and NFC games. When I moved to Florida, much to my disgust, if the Tampa Bay game was on, nothing else was. What???? Hello, I am an AFC fan. And in particular in Florida where half the people are from somewhere else.

NUTS. I get to see this game, thank you very much. I could live in this area 100 years and never be a Tampa Bay fan. And I cannot stand how it is forced down your throat. Sometimes they do not even have a game on at 4:00pm if the Bucs play at 1:00pm. I'm sorry, but WHAT??? Frustrating.

Only if the home game is sold out can it be televised. Otherwise, they can air any game they wish.

So since the Tampa game is blacked out, will I get the cowboys game in Atlanta?
