Ron Rivera is a good head coach.

Mike Tomlin won a super bowl with a team that Bill Cowher built

The other 6 suck. And are probably the worst coaches in the league.

Garrett is awful as a coach. And I mean AWFUL.

Would anybody trade Garrett for any of those coaches?

I certainly wouldn’t. And it has ZERO to do with their ethnicity
