Great win and emotional comeback by an inspired team and its QB. I get excited to think about what lies ahead for both now and in the future.
Just imagine what might come to pass next year if we're fortunate enough to get some pass rush help in FA and the draft. It's all good.

What was interesting to me in regard to Dak, particularly last night, was about his running speed. Of course he was a read option QB and spread QB in college, but he ran a 4.79 40 at the Combine, which is pretty mediocre. Last night when he ran, he was pulling away from people.....it was very interesting to see. And Chris Jones, who ever thought those he had those wheels.

Yeah, I I'm tired of the win and he stays garbage. This team isn't going to be 15-1. Come on. Dak's proven it's time to hand him the keys. He has enough on his shoulders without that narrative.
Two things. I think that the staff is testing Dak's manhood so to speak by having all of this Romo vs Dak business over his head, and having games to win to stay the starter. No matter what you think of Dak Prescott, this kid is mentally VERY strong.

Fair enough. Agreed.

Dak has the Romo mentality...

"It's gonna be hard, it's gonna be hard, it's gonna be hard... then they're gonna get tired and you're gonna kick their a**!" -Tony Romo (to Murray on the sideline a few years ago)

Not sure what the definition of moxie is. But whatever it is, Dak has it in spades.

Prescott in 4th qtr and OT last night

We had 34 plays during that stretch -- 20 of which were passes.

This just shows how much the media drives the narrative in sports.

Romo has had many, many clutch late game performances where he bails out the rest of the team, and he's labeled a choker.

Dak plays horrible most of the night and keeps Dallas behind most of the game, but he is anointed as clutch and the media raves about his poise.

And this isn't a knock on Dak, because he's been a stud and deserves all the praise. But its an illustration of the double standard.

Never understand the narrative on Romo. Guy has some bad moments on the big stage but has been clutch since starting QB the vast majority of the time.

Aikman didn't win a game his rookie year...I'm sure there were some that wanted Steve Walsh instead...Eagles have a good defense, Dak had a bad game...We got some breaks, like when Filly punted instead of trying a shorter FG than the one already made by their kicker before half...but we found a way to win, and good teams do that...Last year we fold like a cheap tent...
