The highest ceilings were 14-2 for both Seattle and 13-3 for Green Bay

NFC East
Dallas:
10-6
3-13 (assumes Weeden at QB much of season)

NYG:
10-6
5-11

Philly:
12-4
7-9

Washington:
11-5
5-11

Those numbers seem with range.
I do not think any NFC East team will impress anyone this year.
