the flexibility comment was in response to using all 3 linebackers and I think what McCarthy meant when he said it was they will put jaylon on the edge as a rusher if all three LB's are on the field.

Parsons can play any of the LB positions. That’s good.

I’d get him to SAM and let him rush some off the edge. He’s got the strength to hold the edge against the run and he’s a natural pass rusher. Guy can get to the QB and at 4.38, it’ll happen fast.

Parsons and Lawrence coming off one side and Gregory coming from the other will make some balls come out early. Get a pass rush up the middle and it’ll be bad for passers.
