I can say that there is a pattern of extending guys before they are up....and STILL not getting a discount.

And also a sharp decline in performance after those deals are given out. The team culture is conducive to it.

I think that’s usually what happens when you pay guys. They tail off because they are getting their deals at the end of the prime of their career.
