NFL Draft Rumors 4/16/12

-When SI’s Peter King talks, everyone in the NFL listens. So here are some of the 10 things he thinks about the draft this year: The rest of the first round hinges on what Cleveland will do with the fourth pick. WR Justin Blackmon could be the pick, but Mike Holmgren may really like Ryan Tannehill. RB Trent Richardson would be the safe pick.
-More King: Philadelphia will not be trading up, Tannehill won’t go later than the 11th pick (a trade could be in order if Kansas City doesn’t want him), Notre Dame WR Michael Floyd is a wild card and the Rams really like Richardson. If St. Louis takes Richardson, Steven Jackson won’t be on the team anymore.
