you know i dont have an issue with cowboys penalties

but do they have to come at the worst times?

14 penalties fine

but most of them are coming on momentum deciding plays not just 2nd and 8 plays in the 3rd or 2nd quarter

When you have a guy like Beckham on the team QB's force it to him to keep peace in the locker room. It's why OBJ is on his third roster. The Giants and Browns already figured out getting rid of him is addition by subtraction.
