Optimist: An offseason that saw organized, thoughtful change. Not drama-filled nonsense.

Optimist: Rightly focused on improving defense. Not confident they are back until they win a playoff game, but they made substantial progress.

Pessimist: Because every year they are hyped up and disappoint. Until Jerry is gone, I can’t get excited.

Optimist: Drinking the Jerry Kool-Aid heavily this year. Maybe the delusion has finally gotten to me, but after watching this team for 20 years, all I have left is delusion.

Pessimist: QB1 doesn't win the big games.

Bengals are ridiculous

Jets though have every reason to be hopeful. Their war chest is packed.

If they had a QB they’d be feeling like we did after the 1990 season post Herschel and Walsh. Mougey has referenced that Cowboys roster strategy publicly and Jimmy publicly commended their plan.

#2, #16, #30, #50, #103, #110

2027 Draft - Three first round picks and a full set of picks in rounds 2-7. Their own will likely be in the 5-8 range

2027 Cap: $105m - $140m projected available

All they really need is a franchise QB, another Edge and another CB and they will be have as young and talented core as anyone.

With as many as many as four QBs projected in the top 10, they’re likely to get everything they need.

I get all that. But I thought this hope meter was for the upcoming season. They're going to be picking top 5.

Time for the THIS IS OUR YEAR mantra to fall on Rams. Also I demand a recount. There is more than 19 percent on this board alone that are pessimistic and that is not a shot at those that are there are valid reasons for both sides.

And 14 percent for the Cardinals. Especially because of that division they are in. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't even win a game this year lol.
