Does anybody know where to watch football games in Hong Kong? I am moving there this week.

That is a pretty big life change, is it work related? Do you have culture shock concerns or are you pretty lit up over it, Cowboys access problems aside?

I know they speak the King's English there as well so it will be an awesome adventure. Best of luck in Hong Kong and represent us well, friend.

I am in Hong Kong and China frequently (I'll be there again Feb 24). The biggest problem is the time zone issue. Hong Kong is +13 right now, so the games start at 2am. Most bars are closed by then, and the ones that are open won't be showing a game.

Your best bet is Slingbox or an online video stream.

Btw HK is one of my favorite cities in the world, have a great time!!

Yeah. I have a Slingbox that's hooked up to a DVR in DFW. I'm 8 hours ahead, so sometimes I watch the game after it has been played. The nice thing about the Slingbox is that you can also watch other American TV if/when you want. The DVR is also key, though, so that you can be in control of when you watch.

The video quality isn't great, but it isn't horrible either.

Slingbox has saved my life. :D Watched last weeks game on the Slingbox and am prepping to watch todays game as well. You are right, the quality isn't perfect, but not bad.

I am in Italy now and head over to China tomorrow and will be in Taiwan next weekend. Has anyone used the Slingbox in China and/or Taiwan? They do block some sites in China (Facebook and a few others) so I was wondering if I can get confirmation that someone has used it before.

Thanks!
