Meyer is the only one (I feel) who can walk to any position coach and grill them or debate with them on their work
Plus .. I don't like my HC with a sheet in their hands coordinating the offense or defense. I prefer my HC to prepare the team during the week and manage the game on Sunday .. I want my HC to be a jerk when it comes to football .... You think people didn't/don't think of Jimmy, Parcells, Belechick, Saban were/are jerks? Even the great Tom Landry, some players considered him as a jerk
