Has never won a Super Bowl.
Brady was the leader this year.
I posted this last week before the game, it is somthing I will keep my eye on for next year when I go to Vegas!!!

Interesting stat. I hadn't realized that. I thought Warner led the NFL in passing the year they won, though? If he didn't, then who did?

Until 1992, the NFL rushing leader had never won a Super Bowl either.

Nothing is permanent.

Steve Beuerline lead the league in 99. Beuerline threw for 4436 yards that year. Warner threw for 4353. Warner, however, did lead the league in passer rating that year with 109.2

Yep, it's pretty ironic that the team that always was such a physical, control-the-ball, Parcells-style team fell into the trap of throwing it too much this year.

The rules have changed things a little bit, but there's a reason why coaches still want to run the ball and control the clock. The NFL isn't six-man football just yet.
