There's a lot of undersized NFL players also. As long as they have speed, can run, catch and cover. Plenty of kickers who didn't have that strength or size. But realistically speaking, it hasn't happened yet. Best chance of a woman in the NFL.. kicker or punter, and a long shot possibility at WR or CB. If a female can make a team in any capacity I'm all for it. But considering the track record and lack of female participants at the college level it doesn't look promising.
Someone claimed a woman could play DT. Which, of course, is nonsense.
Although a great joke about Dontari Poe went unnoticed in my response.
There is no position available on the field where a woman could out perform
a man. It's science. Keep in mind, we aren't pulling pear shaped fat slobs from
the grandstands here. We're talking about professional athletes.
As an example, in a different sport. Tennis. Serena Williams went on late night TV
and said she'd be ranked 500th in the men's division. John McEnroe had mentioned it
and got torched for it, even though he was right and had the top ranked woman in
tennis agree with him.
