I live in the DC area and we're gonna be stuck with Giants vs Eagles. You would think that whoeva runs the Fox affiliate here would realize that there's probably just as many Dallas fans around here as there is Skins fans. They're killin there regional ratings anytime they don't show Dallas if there isn't a conflicting Skins game. Now I'm gonna have leave my warm coozy house and hit a bar.
Living in No. Va, I'm in the same boat. My parents have Direct TV (no Sunday Ticket) so I may bite the bullet and order the game at their house. It looks like southern VA will get the Dallas game but not us up here, which is infuriating because everyone knows DC is jammed packed with Cowboys fans. More than Philly or Giants supporters. I go to the Cowboys-Commanders game almost every year and the stadium is full of Cowboys fans. Although Commanders fans sure know how to drown us out. (Hint, hint, to the Cowboys stadium crowd. I'll refrain from mentioning the embarrassing Packers game.)
I suppose I should be thankful that they televise as many Dallas (passionate obsession), Baltimore (sentimental home state favorite), and Washington (I live to watch them lose) games they do. At least I don't live in Phoenix where home games are always blacked-out. Why they haven't rioted, boycotted or burned that new stadium down is beyond me.
The NFL and their greedy NFL Network are really making me mad this year. You'd think a league that was built on the backs of its fans would try to harder to avoid pissing us off as much as they do. I guess the NFL feels they have the drug and we're just addicted junkies who won't go without no matter how much they thumbs their nose at us.
