I’m not sure how that would affect the transactions in a trade. Yes I realize you have more time but it seems like people are would be preparing all alone to get their ducks in a row for a deadline I guess that’s just me

Makes sense since there are 18 weeks (17 games) to the season and the League wants to push to 19 (18 games).

You can make a case there would be more sellers the later the deadline is as more teams are out of the playoff picture.

But with this parity it would have to be a pretty late trade deadline.
