Matt Ryan? Aaron Rodgers? Tom Brady? Even Derek Carr?

I heard the argument on the radio a few minutes ago
. As a QB this one is 1st in this, the other is 1st in that,.....which one is first in winning? Isn't that their primary responsibility?

Oh, but Dak has that great offensive line......You mean the one that Weeden, Moore and Cassel had last season enroot to one combined victory?

Yeah, but what about the Cowboy's superior running game available to Dak? Glad you mentioned it! Yes, let's talk about that.....

Okay, but Dak and Zeke are splitting votes, that's why they can't win.....And what if they weren't splitting votes? Go ahead, add them up...What does that look like?

But you can't give the award to two different players, it's never been done.....What if we were talking about two players for the same team? Has two of the top 6 vote getters ever played for the same team?

Has any of the current candidates had as much of an effect on their team's success as these two rookies had together for their's?

What was the 2015 record of the other candidate's team? how does it compare to this year?

How dramatic was the change as a result of their amazing performance this season? By the way, what prevented them from making that contribution last season?

Are there any other elements of the other candidate's team that could be considered responsible for the team's success? Something like...I don't know....the #1 ranked defense in points allowed for Brady's Patriots....

Matt Ryan's Falcons were 8-8 last season, they could be 11-5 this season....Is a three game positive swing indicative of the improvement in Ryan's MVP performance this season compared to last?

I agree that Carr is having a great season.....sorry, had a great season.....he and both of his thousand yard WR's....

Aaron Rodgers....2016 season league MVP? When exactly did the season start, Thanksgiving?

MVP voters should do the right thing and give the award to whoever means the most to the success of their team. In that respect, they would have no choice but to make Dak and Zeke the 2016 NFL Co-MVP's....and then they should do it again for the Rookie of the Year.

Biased? We will see, the season isn't over.......

As far as I know Zeke is right there in every poll or odds calculation that I've seen. He has a very real chance to win. Not sure where are the cries of bias are coming from.

The only correct answer for MVP in my mind is the whole Dallas offensive line.
Elliott or Prescott...combined with that OL could be a good choice. The sizzle always wins the votes. But the entire OL could and maybe should win the league MVP. Without them there is no Elliott or Prescott. Fair is fair!

Where's Dez on the list? Just curious.

And that's why someone else will win. They aren't giving it to half a team
Zeke and Dak will sit votes
Even fans here couldn't agree on one person to give it to and in the end Ryan will probably get it with Carr out theses last couple games and Brady not playing and entire season

Zeke's candidacy has always been a farce designed to ruin Dak's chances. He has zero chance to win this QB award.

Remember 2014? Romo was screwed EXACTLY the same way. Let's hype up Murray as a "candidate" and boom - there's the justification needed to dismiss Romo as MVP.

The last 3 MVPs had 55, 38 and 35 TD passes. Romo had 34 and only mustered 2 votes. Dak has 20 TD passes and was always going to get 0 votes.
So really the idea that Zeke is going to split votes isn't true, he's the only realistic candidate on the team and he really does appear to have a great chance. I do hear you on the QB award thing though.
The real problem is Brady and Ryan had great weekends and now Zeke has to keep pace in a meaningless game.

Dak gets rookie of the year. Zeke gets offensive player of yhe year. Brady will unfortunately get MVP ahead of Carr.

MVP won't go to a rookie, it's like an unwritten rule. Zeke will get OROY, Dak will need to win a game in February if he wants an MVP trophy.

That can be said for any offensive line that blocks for a 1,000 yard runner. Adrian Peterson? Offensive line. LaDainian Tomlinson? Offensive line. Shaun Alexander? Offensive line. Marshall Faulk? Offensive line. Terrell Davis? Offensive line. And I won't even mention the quarterbacks who, without the offensive line, wouldn't be completing the number of passes necessary to win the MVP.

It either is Zeke or Dak. The offensive line doesn't deserve the award because it is an individual award.
