Boys coverage all over it. What caught my eye was a clip talking about the need to be "accountable" punctuated with a clip of Jason Witten yelling in Wade's face. And of course, Wade just standing there.

Is it really that bad? My fear is it is....

I've all but given up on every NFL pregame show except Fox's hour long pregame.

Thought I'd give NFLN a shot since ESPN is garbage. I think NFLN is worse. Marshall Faulk and Warren sap are useless. All Warren does is giggle.

Yep. Fox is it. Everything else provokes dry heaves.

Yep. He thinks he's hilarious. Doofus. Marshall, back in the day, use to have a running back segment. Wasn't half bad.

Terrell Davis needs to be put down.

I've been watching it all morning and totally missed that.

NFL Network isn't bad. It's pretty hit and miss. Some weeks I think it's ok...like last week.

This week has been kinda sucky even tho it has pretty much been dominated by the Cowboys.

Anyone have that clip?

Was he really yelling in Wade's face?
No. He wasn't. It was just the video. There's no way you can tell what Witten or Wade was saying. Just an overreaction to a 2 second video clip.

:laugh2:

What relevant information does she have to provide? I don't know how I've gone 28 years without getting my football information from her. I'm preparing to be amazed by her insight.

I missed that segment too. But I know she was on earlier in the week, cuz she's selling NFL-licensed clothes for women.

The Cowboys cup is about to runeth over on the Network.....a 'What they were, and what they've become' segment is about to address the 'drama in Dallas'.

How completely lame.

They might as well have called this the Cowboys Pre-game show...

It's been all Cowboys the whole two hours.

They're beating this 'lack of leadership' thing to a bloody pulp.

How in god's name do these chair jockeys know who's doing what on the field or in the locker room......they don't.

I totally agree. But it's the same thing fans whine about on here.

No leadership. No heart.

Folks want to see sideline displays of emotion. Show that, and all comments about the lack of leadership will go away.

Lmao...at Sanders calling out Sapp and Faulk for picking the Raiders and Rams after they called him for defending the Cowboys.

I do agree with some things I heard on NFLN..

There is a lack of leadership, there aren't any pitbulls on the team and Phillips is just a JJ puppet.

It's like Deon was saying.. when he was on the team there were leaders in every area of the team... Aikman, Smith, Sanders, Irvin, Novacek, etc. Guys that gave 100% all the time and made sure the rest of the team did too. We don't have that now. How many times have I heard in chat that nobody is stepping up to be a leader???

We have very few strengths right now and a lot of weaknesses and that is leading to injuries and more weakness

And the off field antics aren't helping any. Where is the discipline and pride? In the Tom Landry days, not only did he expect the players to do well on the field, he expected it off the field as well. You didn't want to see him after screwing up off the field. He demanded pride, hard work and civic duty. They were a team to be awed and jealous of and the team any player in the NFL would have given blood to be a part of

IMO

I agree with a lack of pitbulls (which wasn't said by a NFLN employee, but rather an ex-cowboy for those that didn't see it), but again, I ask you.....how exactly do YOU know there is a lack of leadership? Do you have access to the huddle? The locker room?

You can assume all you want, but to me, it seems as if everyone watches every play and move the cowboys make with a need to make some sort of judgment....then they see a clip of a less heralded team with a less heralded player saying something on the sideline...and everyone jumps off the couch and screams "That's what the Cowboys need!"...like it never happens on the Cowboys sideline.

Seems pretty silly to me. Every report from an inside source suggests the opposite. The new guy, Roy Williams, has even suggested as much.

Ok.. let me edit... Effective leadership that shows actual results on the field consistently
