Don't have video or link but on NFL network Irvin talked with Dez and Irvin asked him what he feels about people saying he isn't elite.....

Paraphasing but Dez said we don't throw the ball 100 million times, he has to make the most of his opportunities but he is a part of the team and will do what's asked of him.

I like his attitude. He wants to win and doesn't get caught up with numbers. I like his maturity in the fact he understands what we do as a team and he wants to be a part of that.

Problem is the contract. If it wasn't so high nobody would bother him on the issue.
