If they reduce it because of the new classification. Then they shouldn't be suspended at all. 1st offense of the regular drug tests is suppose to put them in the program only. Don't see it affecting Hamilton though because he was already in the program.

I read that it could, but I don't see how unless the commissioner is giving up power in the new deal. Gordon was already in the program and has had multiple incidents. I believe all that was at the commissioner's discretion.

Ok, the threshold for marijuana in the system will change which would make Gordon's test under the threshold.
