NO’s in the top 10?

That team sucks
No it doesn’t. They have an excellent defense, really good receivers and winning both their games waiting for Kamara suspension to end after this weekend. They are a good football team. Not great, but good.

Dallas has looked better than KC and Philadelphia through the first two weeks. More than anything, I think KC at 2 is pretty bad. They look very beatable right now.

Would put Dallas at 3 and Philly at 4. We look better then the Eagles thus far.

I seen one where Dallas was #1.
So meh, who really cares. All based on some mediots opinion as well as biases come into play as well. Though KC is definitely not #2.

The homer in me felt it was a bit of disrespectful. But after some time thinking about it, if I had to say for a particular matchup like Cowboys versus KC, who would win, at this point of the season I would still have reservation picking the cowboys. Will need more games to see how good the cowboys are and if they Offense can match up to our Defense this year. The up comming San Francisco game is a good measuring stick game, much better than if we had to play the Eagles, because Division games can always go either way.

If you go by just this season and forget about what went down last year then you would have to put either Dallas or SF at #1. It's pretty close between the two. KC may be hitting the downward trend of the graph, but they are still probably number 3 with Philly having an argument.

Yes, but the difference in their last game was two passes to Zay Jones and Calvin Ridley where they couldn’t fit another inch of foot in the back of the end zone. If either of those passes connect, the Chiefs very well could have lost.

It won’t surprise me if they come on strong at the end of the year, but power rankings are for where teams are right now. They look lower than the second best team to me after two weeks.

When Emmitt held out two weeks for a contract raise, Dallas went 0-2, but straightened it out to go strongly into the playoffs.

Cincinnati got off to a 0-2 start last season, so can’t count them out yet, but this 0-2 start looks a little worse than the one last year.

The guy doing the rankings is from Boston so he is just part of the northeastern biased sports writer group.

Here's PFF top 10:
  1. Kansas City Chiefs (no change)
  2. San Francisco 49ers (up 1)
  3. Dallas Cowboys (up 3)
  4. Buffalo Bills (up 1)
  5. Philadelphia Eagles (down 1)
  6. Miami Dolphins (up 1)
  7. Baltimore Ravens (up 2)
  8. Cincinnati Bengals (down 6)
  9. Cleveland Browns (up 1)
  10. Jacksonville Jaguars (up 2
PFT top 5:

1. Cowboys (2-0, No. 6): Yes, they’ve leapfrogged multiple unbeaten teams. That’s a reflection of how dominant they have been in two games.

2. 49ers (2-0, last week No. 1): In 19 days, they get a chance to settle things on the field against the Cowboys.

3. Dolphins (2-0, No. 2): The Dolphins screwed around with an inferior team and almost had to work overtime for the win.

4. Eagles (2-0, No. 3): Something’s missing.

5. Chiefs (1-1, No. 5): The offense still needs to get back on track.

CBS Sports top 5 :

49ERS
It wasn't easy against the Rams, but they found a way. The defense has to tighten up a bit going forward, but they are the best team right now.--2-0-0
2 team logo
COWBOYS
The defense has been dominant in two games. The offense hasn't been asked to do that much, but when you give up 10 points in two games, it doesn't need to do much. 32-0-0
3 team logo
EAGLES
They are 2-0 and really haven't looked great in getting there. That's a good sign. Jalen Hurts needs to pick it up. 12-0-0
4 team logo
CHIEFS
The offense didn't do a lot in beating the Jaguars, but the defense came up big, especially in the red zone. We need not worry about Patrick Mahomes and gang. They will be fine.--1-1-0

RAVENS

Bleacher Report top 5:
1. SF
2. Dallas
3. Philthy
4. Miami
5. KC

Lotta opinions all around. Personally I'd rather keep us ranked low and maybe keep out lads' heads from swelling. In the end the only poll that counts comes out about 9PM (Central time) Feb. 11, 2024
