Well, if Jerry lets JG go, I hope he wins multiple SBs elsewhere. The one thing this franchise needs is a bright, young, well organized head football coach to overcome the liability in the GM office. I think Garrett is the answer and I was not sure of that 7 weeks ago, but honestly this team has shown more guts and mental fortitude in that time than they have in 15 years imo.

I will not be. If Jerry lets Jason go after this "shot" that he has had it would be an incredibly obvious massive error in the same ilk that Jerry continually makes. I am so sick of Jerry's absolute BS over the past 10 years. I waste too much time following this team to continue to do so when the owner/GM's top priorities is putting on a show and selling tickets, and if the product on the field can be great at the same time then good, if not, then as long as he is getting his money, he does not care enough to do what needs to be done. Whats sad are those that are to ignorant/blind/in denial as to what Jerry really is.

So for me, I don't know if Garrett is the answer, but he has shown more than enough to prove he deserves a real chance, with a starting QB, a training camp to implement his way of running things, and a chance to hire his own staff. Give Garrett that or I am doing to be done with next year's team before next year even starts, just can't watch Jerry continue to tarnish the star in order to fuel his own ego.

I think we shouldn't underestimate the pull Tony has though. Garrett is his guy. There's still hope.

JJ may not want to pay big bucks for a big name coach.

Cowher spend almost 2 decades coaching stealers into mediocrity and NFL helped him win 1 odd superbowl

Gruden started the demise of the raiders, went to a well-built TB team ready for SB and when they did he lead them to their demise as well

To me winning the odd superbowl does not mean that's a good coach...
Winning multiple ones means you know how its done and you showed that but being lucking to win one does not make you a good HC

Second...the Commanders wnt for BIG name ans got a franchise QB, what happened? can you gaurantee me the new BIG name coming her won't do the same? won't treat Romo like MS treated DM?
Don't tell me Commanders have no talent coz now it's clear to me WE are the ones who have no talent and, even JJ admitted, over estimated the squad we have.....

So stop experimenting please and let's build this thing, we have a good starting point with some good core players

When we don't need continuity, he leaves everything status quo but when we could use a little continuity he is going to blow everything up.
