I wish the league would waste more games like that. WIth so many surprise teams in the nfl year to year and so many premier teams getting their seasons destroyed by week 8 due to injuries, I'd love to see more of these projected top teams match up earlier in the season.

Cowboys Houston home opener for Dallas week 2 Sunday night??? Im down with that. Will be great to see someone new to open with.
Sunday night is good and bad for me at the same time. That means a LONG tailgate where I need to be careful with having too much fun. But getting back to room that late and having an early flight the next morning sucks.

I would love a game to open for an early game on Sunday. Get to it right away after the long off season wait. However, I would settle for a late Sunday afternoon game over a SNF game.
