Worst officiating moment in the history of the NFL in my opinion. They call that obvious pass interference and the Saints basically kneel on the ball 3 times, kick the FG and its game over.
In the last 5 minutes of a game officials need to be able to review stuff like that.
Not the worst call. In 2012 the 49ers didn't get a holding call on the 4th down pass that would have won the game. In situations like these the refs seem to participate in the bird box challenge. Super Bowl 47 was decided by a non call. The non call in the Saints/Rams game still gave the Saints plenty of opportunity to win.
Lets also not forget the play calling by the Saints at that time. There shouldn't have been any pass plays! Run the ball 3 times, kick the FG and leave the Rams with 40 seconds and no timeouts. But instead Sean wants to focus the blame on the refs. Dude, coach first, don't worry about the refs bailing you out. They basically made the same mistake Atlanta made in 2016 after Julio Jones caught that pass. Sorry Sean, that loss is on you, live with it.
