Sort of like MB3. MB3 doesn't have straight line burner speed, but if you jump in his face, he'll juke you out of your drawers, just like what Tony did to that DB last sunday.

Plus you have to remember that Tony is a basketball point guard, those guys have to be quick and agile.

:bang2:

Damn it! I was just getting ready to post the same thing! :D

Romo has some of the best hand - eye- coordination that only a few people have! Scratch golfer? Get real here! Point guard? A damn good one from what I have heard...a FA pickup in football that is QB'ing America's Team?

Get real here!

The only thing that the bastid cannot do is sing!!

No, IMO...he's the real deal. They only come around once every 10 or 15 years...and he belongs to the Cowboys...and the Cowboy belong to him.

Romo's not the fastest QB in the NFC but he has vision sorta like Emmitt Smith's. Just an uncanny way of knowing who's close by and he's very adept and controlling his movements on the run. It's difficult to describe.

When I was young I played football with a guy that could move like Romo... he wasn't fast but he could really control where his body was going and just fake the bejesus out of defenders.

Romo said he runs in the 4.7-4.8 range, he said he had a really bad proday.

I think that the Bears will stuff our run and we will HAVE to have Romo being accurate...which he is.

I think Romo has a pretty good day!

no racist stuff but i never seen a white qb that fast i luv it

He's more quick than fast and has moves. Believe he ran a 5.0 at the 2003 Combine.

The Dallas offence can score, the reason the Cowboys are 2-0 with a defence that's allowed 27.5 points per game.

Chicago's offence can't score. But the Bears still have that great defence and Devin Hester to put up points.

So Sunday night's game in Chicago figures to be one of those irresistible force-immovable object games. And given the starts of the two teams and the weakness of the NFC, it could be a preview of something to come in January.

The Bears are favoured by three points, which is for home-field advantage. That might be too much.

It's early, but Tony Romo is starting to look like the quarterback he followed growing up in Wisconsin. That's earning him praise from this year's coach that he would never earn (publicly at least) from last year's Dallas coach, Bill Parcells, whose standard reaction to good play by youngsters was: "Don't put him in Canton yet."

Wade Phillips isn't so reserved.

"He made some scrambles that you don't see many people make, Brett Favre-ish," Phillips said of Romo after last week's 37-20 win in Miami. "He made some really outstanding plays and he's still looking downfield all the time.

"That's what really amazes me about him. A lot of guys, they can get away from people at times, but they don't see what's going on. He sees receivers."

Romo's agility could cause problems for the Bears. The Dallas defence probably won't totally shut down Chicago. But think of Romo's mistake-prone counterpart, Rex Grossman.

The quarterbacks are the difference.

COWBOYS, 23-22

Just think how credible the site would be if they could spell "offense"

-Technically-, offense is arguably supposed to be spelled offence. Depends on the region. It's one of those American variations.

American English: -se, -or (offense, defense, color, armor)

Proper English: -ce, -our (offence, defence, colour, armour)
