We are not losing to the Commanders. They are a mess. It will be somewhat close game but we will win.

We lost to them last year because RG3 killed us. He's about 35% of what he was last year.

That may be true, but they're a divisional opponent so you have to throw out past performances. They'll also be looking to spoil Dallas's playoff return, so I'm sure we'll get their best effort. I hope we win, but I don't think so.

Us fan can look past Raiders and our opinions of next 5 games have absolutely no impact on any of the upcoming games so I don't see anything wrong with discussing future games.

Having said that, in my mind, we'll finish 9-7 and will win the division.

lol, sorry I look as far as the Cowboys vs Raiders game, I take nothing and I do mean nothing for granted this is the NFL look around there are no givens out there. My concern is Oakland get to 7-5 get the few days off and get some banged up guys refreshed and ready to make a run on the last 4 games of the season.

Well, obviously you can't take a game for a given and get complacent. BUT, if there ever was a "given" game, this one would be it. Their starting RB is injured, they have a terrible passing defense, a terrible passing QB, and this game is at home. If we game plan to stop the run and contain Pryor, they're NOT going to beat us with their passing game, just not going to happen. This is a game we win 9 times out of 10, though we shall see this upcoming Thursday.

I would be shocked if the Eagles beat the Cards. If they do then they are a much improved teams since a few weeks ago. I do not see them finishing better than 8-8. Maybe even 7-9.

lol....that is true. We can eat a bag of chips and relax on th couch all day and night. Do zero weight training. Watch movies all night. And do it again. We CAN look past the Raiders. We are just fans LOL But 9-7 means the eagles will go 2-3 or 3-2 and we beat them the final day. 9-7 won't do it IMHO

Rashad Jennings is avg 5.5 a carry, yes McFadden is injured but Jennings has looked very good. As for the QB again I watched him vs Houston and despite the pass rush he was able to avoid mistakes and believe me JJ Watts was all over him but McGloin did not make any big mistakes he threw 3 TD passes in the game and while overall stats were nothing to praise him over the fact he withstood a lot of pressure he did not make mistakes.

Yes I expect Dallas to win but I don't see the game as some cake walk, Raider have played in some close games this season vs some very good teams and they manage to find a way to lose but they can't be overlooked especially by a team who still does not know how to win consistently. This Cowboys team has the talent we have yet to become a mentally tough team who knows how to win. Right now give me 7-5 and get some key players a bit healthier. Outside of that I'm not thinking playoffs, when the league puts that "X" next to our name then I will think playoffs.

no matter what, the first step is beating the raiders

Pryor isn't starting, McGloin is. He's a better passer but I think the Cowboys still win by double digits.

I hope so, don't get me wrong I'm not saying we will lose but is that possiable? Yes it is. I hope we can jump out to a decent lead early on and take them out of their running game. If we do then maybe we get the double digit win, however if they hang around then their running game becomes a big factor in this contest and with Janikowski and his leg if this goes down to the end then he is a big factor.

Maybe I'm just too old school, growing up watching Tom Landry show and by the time the show was done you felt the Cowboys were about to play the baddest team in the NFL no matter what their record was. Tom did not talk of their weakness he talked of their strenght so when I see a team Dallas is about to face I don't look at their weakness I look to see what they can do that could give us trouble.

In many ways I wish this current team could understand this because the biggest motivator of all is the fear of losing.

I'm kind of with you on this. The Eagles to me have been playing way above their heads lately and much like the Giants haven't really beaten anyway during this hot streak. I think they return to normalcy in the last 5 games.

No doubt the Cowboys can lose...especially if they come out flat thinking that this game will be a cakewalk. They need to attack the Raiders defense and force the Raiders to throw the ball.

This game might not be as important as the games following it but if they go out and lose this one it will reaffirm what many on here and around the country believe...that this team will curl up whenever opportunity presents itself.

They need to get it done.

I agree they will try and play spoiler but they tried that in 2009 at the end and it didn't work. They just weren't talented enough. I would not be surprised to see Cousins starting by the time we play them. They may shut RG3 down and try and get him as healthy as they can before next season. They have a lot invested in that dude. Actually, a healthy Cousins worries me a little more than RG3 starting.

As the last 2 seasons have ended, I expect a Dallas/Philly showdown to decide the East.

Only area I would disagree is the importance of the game. We are at the section of the season that all games become very important
