Nor did any Cowboys player in that era. Whatever the reason, injuries, not enough support, coaching, unbalanced teams, it never worked out for Romo. Most of it wasn't his fault, but regardless of the outcome, Romo was a special player. Despite the lack of posteason success, I think he'll be remembered fondly by most Cowboys fans.
